Healing Journey

Nada started her healing journey in 2001 by learning Reiki and becoming a Reiki Master within the same year. She was then inspired to learn many other techniques such as Trance Medium Healing (in 2005), Emotional Freedom Technique (in 2008), ThetaHealing (in 2011), Trauma Releasing Exercises (in 2013), and Access Bars (in 2017).

The exciting fact is that all these techniques are universal, in the sense that they release negative energy and enhance the body and mind’s own capacity to heal. Science has already proven that everything is made of energy including every cell of the body. For this very reason, most healing techniques share the capacity to cleanse the energy system and release negativity from the subconscious mind that is actually part of the body. Emotions are often stuck energetically in our muscles and tissues. So, through healing techniques and yoga, we set ourselves free from all the (energetic) baggage we’ve been carrying around for years.
Access Bars

There are 32 bars of energy that run through and around the head. When these points are touched, they release limiting thought patterns and belief systems in all aspects of your life that you are willing to change. These energetic bars include all thoughts, ideas, beliefs, decisions, attitudes, and emotions stored in any lifetime and can limit your capacity to be creative in that area and have something different show up in your life. Each Bars session can release 5-10 thousand years of blockages in the area of your life that corresponds with the specific Bar being touched. Access Bars has helped thousands of people change many aspects of their body and their life including sleep, health and weight, money, sex and relationships, anxiety, stress and so much more. It encourages you to become more open to receiving life experiences in new, different, more surprising or unexpected ways. You start to become more present in your life and the past doesn’t intrude into the future the same way. This is an incredibly nurturing and relaxing process and at worst, you will feel like you just had the best massage of your life. At best, your whole life will change into something greater with total ease.

ThetaHealing

In ThetaHealing, the practitioner taps into the theta brain wave, which is the state of a deep healing sleep. Doctors advise us to sleep when ill, for that very reason! This technique puts both the practitioner and the client into a light hypnotic state that allows healing to take place while conscious and awake. When in Theta, the subconscious mind is accessed much more easily, which helps release unhealthy core issues. We let go of as many negative beliefs as possible from the subconscious mind and replace them with positive beliefs. Thetahealing teaches us that the root causes of all problems are negative beliefs, which cause negative thoughts, which cause negative emotions. In the famous documentary; “The Secret”, the experts state that negative emotions lead to problematic circumstances. So how about flipping it all around by instilling many positive beliefs into the subconscious mind instead?

This healing technique is a powerful tool to gain the positive learnings from troublesome issues- whether they are physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual. Once you have these learnings, you can more surely move on and release the issue that existed in order to teach you something valuable.
