Sat Nam! ๐Ÿ™‚ Sat Nam means "true identity" and it is often used in the Kundalini Yoga tradition as a greeting to mean: "I honor the truth of your identity that is the same as mine and makes us one." ๐Ÿ™‚ Would you like to live a fuller life and be closer to your "Sat Nam"? How about letting go of negativity, struggle, trauma, and operating more from a place of joy, love, and peace?

Nada is a certified healing therapist, yoga therapist, and yoga teacher, and offers classes and sessions in Amman, Jordan or online. Nada uses yoga and healing techniques only as tools for your body and subconscious mind to naturally heal itself. You can choose whatever mind-body holistic technique that suits you best whether it is yoga group classes, yoga therapy one-on-one physical or psychological sessions, or healing therapy sessions, or all the above. These methods are simply reminders that you are already whole and perfect. You are also welcome to join the weekly free chanting sessions, which provide further healing to the soul.

ThetaHealing is a powerful one-on-one healing technique. The theta brain wave is tapped into for easier access to the subconscious mind in order to release negative beliefs and patterns that cause physical and psychological disturbances. Any topic can be worked on to accomplish positive changes in your life.

Access Bars is a technique in which energetic points on the head are pressed to release limiting thought patterns and belief systems. Each Bars session can release 5-10 thousand years of blockages in the area of your life related to the specific "Bar" being touched. Access Bars has helped thousands of people change many aspects of their body and their life including sleep, health and weight, money, sex and relationships, anxiety, stress and so much more.
Kundalini yoga is the yoga of awareness. We work on safely raising the kundalini energy up the spine to clear the chakras and bring great healing, growth, and spiritual awareness. This is done through physical exercises, breathing techniques, meditation, and chanting with music. You will feel the difference!

5 Elements (Hatha) yoga is an asana sequence for balancing the 5 elements in the body: Earth, Water, Fire, Wind, and Space. It is a form of prevention of most diseases, and if you already have symptoms of a particular disease or intend to prevent a specific disease that you are genetically susceptible to, then you might also be interested in trying some Yoga Therapy sessions (see yoga therapy tab in the menu bar for more details).

Yin yoga is a gentle meditative form of yoga that works on the connective tissues of the body like the fascia, tendons, and ligaments through passive holds of poses for a longer time. This practice bypasses the muscles and allows you to nourish and strengthen the deeper tissues. Yin yoga increases flexibility and induces deep relaxation and healing. Each pose affects specific meridians, which run through the major organs of the body, so is a kind of acupressure based on Chinese medicine. It is important to balance our active โ€œYangโ€ lives with some Yin!
